SCMS system is comprised of various software components, incorporating standard as well as optional modules. The essential version of SCMS consists of three fundamental software modules necessary for efficiently managing properties of any type or size. These include:

• Property Management Module
• Accounting Module
• Store Management Module

Besides the standard modules, additional software modules are available as optional integrations for the SCMS system. While the standard version is adequate for managing real estate properties such as apartment buildings, condominium complexes, or townhouse communities, the optional modules offer added functionalities to the SCMS system.
